Train
Get off at Hualien Railway Station. Transfer to a taxi to the Hotel. It takes about 15 minutes.
Bus
Take Bus No.1129 at Hualien Railway Station and get off at Astar Hotel. Go southwest along Minquan Rd. Walk toward Minquan Fifth St. for 270 meters to the Hotel.
Plane
